What is the Carati Return Policy?
At Carati, your satisfaction is paramount. If your piece doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery or collection. After 10 days, all sales are final. Please review the criteria below to see if your item qualifies.
Items that do not qualify for a return include:
- Items returned without the original sticker intact.
- Items that are improperly packaged or missing original packaging.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear.
- Custom or personalized pieces, including those that have been resized, engraved, or otherwise altered, whether before or after delivery.
- Items missing original certification, paperwork, or documentation.
- Items over $15,000 in value.
- Items previously exchanged or sold as final sale.
- Eternity rings, wedding rings and engagement rings.
- Items returned more than 10 days after the date of delivery.
How Do I Return My Carati Jewelry?
Returning your Carati piece is simple and secure. Both online and in-person purchases can be returned to our store in Montreal or by mail.
In-Store Returns:
Ensure the item is packed safely with all original documentation and return it to our store during business hours.
Mail Returns:
- Contact us at info@caratijewelry.com to receive your return authorization, return instructions and a fully-insured FedEx shipping label.
- Pack your order securely with all original documentation.
- Visit your local FedEx location to mail your order back to us.
Note: For mail returns, a return shipping fee of CA$130 will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important: Carati is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We kindly ask that you do not return items via alternative methods or without prior authorization.
How Can I Exchange My Carati Jewelry?
Select items can be exchanged within 10 days of delivery or collection for store credit.
For engagement rings, contact our team at info@caratijewelry.com for guidance.
- Engagement ring settings may be exchanged with a fee, but the diamond remains final sale.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. A return shipping fee of CA$130 will be deducted from your refund, for mail returns.
Can I Get a Refund?
Refunds are offered for eligible items within 10 days of receipt. Shipping fees, including the CA$130 return fee, are non-refundable.
Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 5 business days of our receipt.
